This Privet (Ligustrum Vulgare) was collected in 2011.  Planted in an ordinary flower pot the tree developed tremendous roots and so in April 2012, it was time for a repot and its first styling.  The tree seemed like a natural candidate for a bit of carving..................

And so it started............

     As there was so much healthy root I felt the tree could tolerate a bit of wiring and a re-pot.

     This is the result..............................................
